Who it's for

Office-based teams who use a computer all day. I run the session for your whole team together, from people who have never opened ChatGPT to those using it daily. No prior experience needed.

Most of my clients are Edinburgh firms of 10 to 250 staff. The person booking is usually the owner, an operations manager, or whoever looks after staff development.

About the Workshops

Most of your staff have already tried ChatGPT. Few have had any training. That gap is where poor output and leaked information come from.

Both workshops run in person at your office, and are focused on gaining immediate value from AI in ways that are safe and effective.

After the workshop your team will be able to:

• use ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity.
• understand why AI 'invents facts'.
• make use of AI safely and avoid common pitfalls.
• understand what can happen to data shared with AI tools and how to reduce risks.

I send an anonymous survey to everyone attending, and present the results on the day. You see how much AI your team is already using, which tools, and for what. Most managers are surprised by the answer, and it shapes what we cover.

I've a masters in IT from Heriot-Watt and two decades experience in training adults to make effective use of technology. In the last few years I've led AI focused workshops and executive briefings in the UK, USA, Germany, India, Thailand and Uganda.
